Buyer left 37 x neutral FB, all 'No Comment'

Well, what to make of this? They did complain that initial shipping discount of £22.80 was not enough (!) and asked for at least £2 back, so I refunded £2 off their payment, and they seemed happy enough with that. No complaint of any kind otherwise so I don't know what the problem was.

Is 'No Comment' feedback? Why would somebody bother to copy and paste this text into feedback anyway? As far as I can see it serves no purpose except to reduce my overall rating without any actual reason being given. I've emailed the buyer asking for some explanation.

How disappointing for you. I never understand why people do not communicate prior to making a purchase, sorting out postal charges in advance and so avoiding a situation like this. In the case of stamps I assume it is the same postage for 1 stamp as it is for half a dozen unlike in the case of books. Having said this if the buyer had to purchase from several different sellers they would have to pay each seller the postal cost.
I feel for you, some folks are just never satisfied.

Agree with the other responses. Looks as though you bent over backwards to accommodate this person. I also had a wee look at their feedback (684), the majority of which comes from only TWO people. Isn't that a bit strange or is it just me?

I also think that if the buyer hasn't the decency to alter the feedback, respond in kind. I realise others will probably disagree with that but this appears to be totally uncalled for. At the very least you'd probably get a response. Me being me, I'd probably respond with negs just to see the response!
