Thread: combine buyers invoice

  1. #1

    Default combine buyers invoice

I would like to combine the buyers invoices if they purchase more than one item, I can not see such a facility in the AAL.

You can put multiple items on one invoice - you cannot combine invoices

If you have sent multiple invoices, you must delete them before you can combine the items on one invoice

I don't play the reserve game

Definition of Combine: to join together; to unite; to connect to form a union.

when you come to send an invoice you can add the other items to it then adjust the postage

Think you will find the majority of sellers on here are also buyers.

If someone order 4 different things they usually request a total, and want you to discount the postage. Example if they order 4 trading cards and shipping for each is $1.95 the shipping total is going to be $7.80 which is rather pricey for shipping 4 trading cards. I do 25 cents for each additional card, so the shipping on 4 would be $2.70. You have to discount the difference $7.80 - $2.70= $5.10 for the discount.

Make sure that the discount is sent right for "$"(currency) or percentage %. I think the default is % or it was the last time it did it.

They really need to make the invoice easier to read. I have a few people that couldn't see where I discounted it. Maybe make the discount a bigger bolder font with a minus sign. Preferably double the standard font size, and it in red couldn't hurt.
