Shipping is not calculating on buyers invoice?

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Every sale I make the customer only pays for the item and then I have to send another paypal invoice for them to pay for the shipping? How can I have where shipping is combined in the purchase?

This seems to happen with calculated shipping more than flat rate. Using flat rate shipping will likely eliminate the problem. Not sure how to eliminate the problem with calculated shipping as I don't use it myself, hopefully someone who does will be along soon with suggestions.

Can you confirm you have received payment for your most recent sale on 2nd Oct as it is not showing as paid on the After Auction Log, but when attempting to make payment it is showing as paid at PayPal.
