I suspect you already know what I'd suggest which is why you're avoiding answering the question "Why is the bottle designed to look like the Chopard bottle?"

Why don't you take a close up pic of the label.....or type out all the info, as to where it's made, etc, by whom (I can't find any Casmir USA online), etc....tell people a bit more about it. Do you have more than one? Do you have other fragrances by the same company? Is it new....or why is the lid/box missing? etc....good luck.

You need to state who the real manufacturer or supplier of this product is.
Copycat scents are pretty common but you have to make it clear who the manufacturer is, not who is not.

i bought them in an auction i have about 40 of them, i don't know why the bottle is tha same and all it says on the bottom is made By casmir USA, which i thought was the company. i do like the idea to take a picture of the label.

Casmir USA shows up as both a distributor/wholesaler AND as a brand of perfume associated with Chopard. Multiple business sites list it - sometimes with a street address - as a wholesaler. Sellers over on the River list the perfume as:

"CASMIR by Chopard EAU DE PARFUM SPRAY 3.4 OZ *TESTER for WOMEN"

And show this image:



So it is difficult to tell whether it is a genuine product or a repro.
