    Default Buyers not receiving invoices

    Hi all.
    I have had 3 buyers who have contacted me to say they have not received the invoices i have sent them.
    Two have stated messages i have sent them have gone to there spam folder but no invoices have been received in either the inbox or spam.
    When they log onto ebid they can see the invoice has been sent.
    What i am asking is do i have to tick a box or something so they receive an invoice? or is this a fault? has anyone else had any problems?

    Hi,
    For all my sales so far the buyer has paid immediately without me needing to send an invoice. However, I noticed that the icon on MyeBid transactions is red, so that means an invoice wasn't sent. Have you manually sent the invoice?

    Sorry if this isn't particularly helpful. I just noticed that no one else had replied and I didn't want you feeling lonely

    Normally you just go to MY EBID, then SOLD, then the dropdown box on the right, and click the SEND INVOICE. It gives you a chance to make adjustments, etc, then you send.......................if you did that as I suspect you usually do, then I'd guess the problem would have to do with the person's spam filter or something.................

    Agree with HM, it's not your fault and likely has more to do with the way the buyers set their e mail accounts up. They need to add eBid to their non-spam list, otherwise eBid notices/invoices will probably continue to go to the spam folder.

    Hi Dbr2000 / dave. Thank you for the reply. Yes i was getting a little lonely I sent the invoices manually and also send a copy to my email so i know i have sent them. Also the red invoice dot had turned green.

    I asked them all to check there spam folders, two have come back and said ' they have found the messages in there spam but not the invoices ? ' So they both logged onto ebid and have seen an invoice has been sent ( green dot ) and paid.
    One has yet to reply, i hope they have not been put off as they are a newbie. I will message them again and see what happens.

    I just found it strange that all 3 did not receive the invoices but received my messages. Anyway it looks like all is okay now.
