Ninja help!

Hello everybody,

I've just joined Ebid, downloaded Adobe Air then Ninja, when I open Ninja and enter my login details and click OK, it freezes, won't go past that point.
I've uninstalled and downloaded again a few times, same thing, can anybody help?

Cheers for the reply, I sent support a message, recieved a reply within 2 hours! ha.

They said an update would be available within a few hours to solve the problem, anybody know where I would download this update from?

It was OK yesterday, but I updated to 99.66 this morning and clicking OK does nothing. I haven't seen an update yet.

Is the 'bulk upload' page the place to download any updated versions, or should I be looking elsewhere?

Also, can I download an earlier version of Ninja from anywhere, so I can start getting some listings up?

Bulk Upload is the place. You should be prompted to update when you start Ninja Lister if a newer version is available.

Also, can I download an earlier version of Ninja from anywhere, so I can start getting some listings up?

The latest version is at:

http://www.ebid.net/spreadsheet/ninjalister_0.99.66.air

You can get earlier versions by typing a lower version number into your browser address bar, e.g.

 www.ebid.net/spreadsheet/ninjalister_0.99.65.air , www.ebid.net/spreadsheet/ninjalister_0.99.64.air , etc.

but any earlier version may no longer be compatible with eBid.

Can't say I have had any issues with v .66, it might help if you gave details of the system you are using - operating system, anti-virus, firewall, etc.
