you are meant to contact G&M to sort things out, opening another account is not a solution. If you were to open another account while the first one was blocked, the new one would be blocked too.

If you can't log in, go to the top of the page and click on helpdesk then go for the fourth option and send a message with your query.
You don't sort things out on your own, the owners of the site do.
only they can tell you what the problem is and help you overcome the problem.
