I think that Bykimbo is right for creating invoices.

I have not found an all-at-once solution to advising dispatch; the best I can do is to copy and paste my dispatch advice. And you are right, same with feedback, again copy and paste

Its there Bill i use it all the time,in AAL click view invoice and its at top with other things you can do.

Thanks for the info., wasn't aware of this. Usually I send one invoice for multiple items, then notify via AAL once that all items wil be shipped on x date, then mark all items as shipped when they ship - will try this next time I sell multiples (she says hopefully).
