Bought some eBid parcel labels on 29th

with my buddy points and so far have heard nothing back. I messaged them on the AAL the other day asking them to let me know what happens now as I have never done this before. I wondered if I need to "release" my buddy points to them or, what I'm guessing is more likely, if they just take them and send the labels on. I've marked the items as paid myself because my buddy points are gone (supporting my feeling that they just take the points themself) but they haven't got back to me at all. Anyone know what I should do?

I hope the Ebid label didn't come off in the post!
