You will need to know how to do HTML (coding).

It sounds as though you would be best obtaining a template to use. If you search eBid for Auction Listing Template you will find several sellers. These do charge, but also include 'hand holding' to get you up and running (which it sounds as though you will need), and personalisation of the template to your particular needs.

I do have a few free templates here, but do not provide any support for them.
