Nokia and Sony seem to be the only ones that last more then 5 minutes.
Reincarnation is just another repeat
Another trac phone user here. The phone cost $9.99 years ago and I get by on $80.00 a YEAR with it. I simply buy a 90 day-60 phone minute card four times a year and never use up all the minutes. Obviously not a heavy user. It's for emergencies (none yet), travel (very seldom) and on my nightly walks, hoping if I get run into by a vehicle I will be able to call for help with it. I subscribe to a newspaper's text message service. Every day it sends me 3-4 messages including This Day in History and Word of the Day. I have discovered that although my cheapo phone charges me only 0.3 minute for each text message, smarter phones often charge 25 cents each. Something wrong with that picture!
Not on the poll list, but currently a Sony Ericsson, soon to be replaced with an HTC Sensation (Evo in the US, and probably one of the few phones to give the iPhone 4 a sound slapping).
Nokia....had it for 8 years now
Nokia 5800 XpressMusic - a great 'all in one' phone/MP3 player/GPS etc. which has served me well for 18+ months on a £10 monthly tariff. My contract is up in July when I'll probably 'upgrade' to a Samsung or HTC but will sell the handset on to pay for another 2 years for a mobile + contract that does everything I need already.
