Unable to upload a picture for general auction.

Have been having this problem for a few weeks,keep giving up and going back to Ebay,now getting totally peed off,can anyone help.

when listing new items, i cannot upload photos, 'click browse - locate file- select picture- click upload botton - wait while green upload bar finishes - comes up 'Done' ........... - NO PICTURE!!

All pictures are small 1 - 1.5MB and JPeg immages.

Please anyone what am i doing wrong ?

What browser are you using?

When I have trouble uploading pix, I usually close the pic window and try again; if that fails, I sign out of eBid and back in. If that fails, I clear cookies and reboot. If that fails, I drop kick the thing across the room.

Alternatively, if it's an ongoing issue, you can contact support: support@ebid.net and see what they think.

The same one as i have used for the last 4 years on ebay and the last 6 months on Ebid without any problems.
Dont ask me the breed i'm not that teky.

Thanks,but i have tried all these options as ive seen them in other threads,about similar problems.
None make any difference i am affraid to say.

With regard to contacting customer support,seems,like you have to wait for the world to try and resolve the problem, before entering that place that shall be never mentioned. Oh what the heck here goes thanks for your su p o r tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.

I had the same problem the other day. (I run Firefox) But after about half an hour it was running fine again.

Again, well worth checking with support though.

Well, I was going to try and see if I could duplicate the problem and maybe offer a solution - but if you can't be bothered giving me that one bit of information at least you have saved me the effort.

well to be honest I do know some people who genuinely dont know the names of the programs they use on thier computers... for internet or typing etc, its not always "not being bothered".
