Just received this comment from one of my customers. Just wanted to pass it along. No other information was given. So not sure what posed the problem.

Too bad the customer wasn't more specific. Maybe you could ask them what specifically they had a problem with, (if it's not too much hassle), that way support would have something concrete to examine.

Personally I never found eBid difficult to navigate as a newbie buyer, as a seller I had (and still have) a lot to learn.

Agreed, I never found ebid that hard to use when I first came here. But I guess if you're expecting it to be the same as certain other sites, then no it isnt, hehe.

Not hard to use i have managed, think they probally mean its not the same as Ebay.
