Repatoo verification for ebid + Ebay feedback transfer

Hello everyone!

I joined ebid this week after looking for a good alternative to ebay. I'm just wondering how long does it usually take to have my ebid account up and running? I did the Repatoo account verification thing yesterday so I can have my ebay feedback transferred to ebid as well. I already listed over a dozen items on ebid before I was told my account needs to still be verified. I am excited to get going on listing more items so I can really start promoting my ebid listings.

If you have provided the information asked for then the verification should be quick. If you feel it is taking longer than it should then contact admin and ask if there is a problem (though they should contact you if there is).

Welcome! Call me silly, but it looks like they are up and running............so not sure if there will be a delay, or if verification has been done already. Whichever, it doesn't usually take long............
Be sure to check the help button top right of any page, then read the FAQ's and see the videos.......esp listing and selling........will be a help.

Agree with Mel, provided you've supplied the documentation verification shouldn't take long.

In the meantime you may want to read Mel's helpful FAQs as well as the Help section, lots of good info., and also fill in your About Me page with background info., sales/return policies, etc..

Any questions ask away, we're all fairly friendly and don't bite too hard, unless it's past lunchtime that is.

You are a brand new member and offering expensive items which triggers an eBid verification process to make sure you are who you say you are. Once the verification is successful, you will be able to list other expensive items in the future without any problem.

My ltems are viewable on ebid to others, but I can't access them/edit them until my account is verified. Hopefully it will be soon. My ebay feedback is almost 4,000, so that Repatoo verification i paid $7.99 for yesterday should speed things up. I'm definitely legit ;-) I want to get the rest of my inventory up on ebid asap.

That’s nice…we have some of new sellers’ with different kind of stuff…and now let’s see if the buyers’ will show up for this new stuff…

I'm actually NOT up and running. My listings are showing, but i cannot edit them, access other areas of my ebid page etc. ....

I got my ebid account up and running again. My ebay feedback has been imported and i'm ready to go. Thanks again to everyone for their help and tips. I look forward to promoting my ebid listings as much as possible. It's so nice to now have a good alternative to ebay ;-)
