Thumbs up Over 300 auctions but still no sales.

    Hi all.

I am patient but even the most positive of people like to hear the ching ching of their sales on auction sites.

I am a Silver powerseller over the water and a top seller but it means nothing unless the items you have sell. I do my homework and try to be the cheapest of any articles I sell but it seems not to be working very well.

    Appreciate any tips and feedback.

This is a plug thread, so I shouldn't be writing here. How about you move this thread to the Kitchen Table, so people can comment.

Nice items, nice pics, good prices. However, I would suggest one thing right off...Click the help button top right of any page, then look in the left column. Read the FAQ's about listing and selling, including the prohibited things. I see you have quite a few DUPLICATE auctions. These are not allowed. When you have more than one of an item, put them all in the same auction. When eBid bots see your duplicates, they will disappear.

Also would be nice if you filled in your About Me page.....I always look there before buying, as it gives a feel for the person/business.

In a PLUG thread, I would always be positive about what I was writing..........as you are trying to sell your things. If you put this into a different thread, then you can do one plug every 24 hours and tell about your items.......

It's helpful to come on the forums from time to time and chat, and joining in the YDC monthly charity auctions gives good exposure. Read about them in the Charity thread.
    Good Luck!
    Ta-Ta for now!

Even better, in my opinion, move it to one of the *proper* business forums (there are several suitable ones) so that the relevant on-topic discussions and advice can readily be found. The KT is for gossip, chat and fun and does that well - be nice to see proper usage of the other forums encouraged so that they perform equally well.

    Just my view, of course.

p.s. I did the same thing early on in my time on the forums, suggesting the KT to get attention, but a long-timer of the period made this same point to me and I've always valued it.
