Problems with paypal payments from new Ebidders

I am relatively new to Ebid but for years have sold on the other site using my paypal account. I know there is no problem with that account as it is used daily. I have had two buyers who are both new to Ebid trying to pay for an item through paypal but they have been unable to make their payments directly through Ebid. In both cases I have had to send them paypal invoices direct from my paypal account and then mark the item as payment received.
Although this is not a great problem for me I do feel that it is frustrating for the buyers or potential buyers and will inevitably put some people off from continuing with a prospective purchase. Has anybody else come across this problem?

Do you have your Paypal details in your 'My Personal Details' - your email account that you use for your Paypal.

Yes my paypal account email is set up in my account details.
