A member from Japan wants to bid on an auction but is telling me " Please permit my bid. I can not bid. " how do i do this , I seem to have ticked all my auctions for postage to all areas

Have you ticked the correct Continental Site.

I assume that Japan comes under Asia and not Oceania

As MPS has said you need to tick all options.I looked at the first one that came up on your list (Total Film...Johnny Depp) the countries ticked are;
Available To
Italy, Australia, Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Norway, Canada, United States, Netherlands, France, South Africa, Singapore, India, Ireland, Portugal, Denmark, Spain

All countries would show;
Available To
Europe, Italy, Australia, Sweden, Germany, Africa, Belgium, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Norway, South America, Canada, United States, Asia, Netherlands, France, South Africa, Singapore, North America, Oceania, India, Ireland, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, Spain

Does the auction he's interested in have the first or second option?
