Will Ninja lister import duplicate auctions?

I have several hundred listings which have not been culled for those sold on other sites in quite some time. I honestly just gave up because nothing was selling. (same inventory & pricing that produces about 100 sales a month elsewhere) But I am ready to give it another go! If I reimport everything from Ebay (600+ items) will Ebid accept the ones that are already on Ebid or will it reject the duplicates? Or is there any other way to sync them? Like on Bonanza, I can just reimport everything every few days, and it will not take the dups and drops anything that is not still on Ebay.

Ebid does not have automatic dumping of duplicates.

I have a formula on spreadsheet that checks duplicates. Export to spreadsheet, check, mark deletes with d, and reload.

You are very kind, Bill. But I would still have to individually verify whether each item is still available. Just wanted to make sure I had not missed something that might be available to prevent that! Thanks.

I don't use Ninja but the option is there on the spreadsheet bulk uploader (put ao in column X and it adds new items and overwrites current ones). I would have thought there would be something similar on Ninja but if there isn't ask for it to be added in the 'Suggestions' forum.

Yes, NL has the add/overwrite action on uploads.

I did suggest a while back that the add action be removed from the NL and spreadsheet and add/overwrite be the default way to load listings (http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...upload-actions.), as it serves the same purpose as add and would prevent duplicates - most duplicates arrive via Bulk Upload in my opinion. The suggestion didn't receive comment from admin or users, so didn't seem to have any support.

If it helps prevent duplicates, it's a good idea! I'm still not into ninja much, or bulk uploads.....not that much stuff to list.......but suggest it again! I think some suggestions get put aside and bigger fires come along to be put out.............then original suggestions are never found under the ashes......................

add/overwrite does not work with NL, just tried a file with different postcards with the same titles and got an email from Ebid re duplicate listings removed
