Default How can I dispute an amount on my invoice?

I am being charged Final Value Fees on two sales that were never paid for by the buyer. I went through the correct process with eBid and they marked the buyer as a non payer. This was all done within the middle of the month's billing period so there is no "end of the month" correction for the following ,month. How do I notify eBid to correct this so that I can pay the right amount?

    Thank You.

If you can, go to the AAL entry and use the 'cancel the sale' from the drop down menu. If they didn't pay, you should be able to do that. You'll immediately get your fees back. You can't leave feedback on the buyer using this method.

Otherwise, contact support and they'll have to refund. It's not done automatically here. You have to request the refund on the fees.

What HM said, use the Contact Us link under Help, or support@ebid.net to request a refund of FVFs for non paying bidders.

Best wishes for many sales to all,
