Thread: Business cards

  1. #1

    Default Business cards

I had 1,000 business cards printed with my ebid store logo and info. For every sale I make on eBay I include the card and I let them know that my items are cheaper on ebid than on eBay. So fingers crossed I get lots of sales from those. I ordered them from Vistaprint and they were quite reasonable in price. Have already made 5 sales.
Also today, I have just posted my 1,000th item for sale!!!

Excellent marketing strategy, sounds like it's working already.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

That is a good way to promote your listings on eBid. For me something like that will not really work as some items I sell would be listed for several months before they sell, so with several months of listing fees, final value fees and paypal fees, I'll be selling such items at a loss! Even if I listed one item just for a 30 day period, I'd still sell the item at a loss when it sold, this is the main reason I quit FeeBay, among other reasons. I keep one listing live on FeeBay and that's it. I use the item description to let potential customers know what I have available on on eBid and I get watchers of that listing and sales from it. I also have repeat buyers now as well which is great.

I do like Vista Print though, they produce good quality buisness cards and very cheap prices too.

Presuming the US is the same as UK,you can get 250 free & just pay postage & tax.I usually take advantage of all the freebies,my last order was for £80+. Actual cost £30.

I got them from Vistaprint.ca...the total order was about $34.00. Of course it depends on the style you want and how many. I got the first 250 free as mentioned above, and paid for the rest. I also had address labels in that order as well. So it was quite reasonable. I also took advantage of the special offer that was running at the time.
    I think there's also a vistaprint.co.uk.
