Eek - why have all my stores gone offline ?

This is getting stranger and stranger, I've just logged in after my 24 hours was up and 4 of my 5 stores have reappeared by themselves but not my pottery store ?!

Just had a reply from support and sent an answer back !

Hi Becky,

Thank you for your email.

We closed your account for security reasons following your report that your account has been hacked.

Your stores are now online and the previous listings are now showing in your store.

Regarding store BECKYS HOARD we are unable to put this store back on-line as some of title must be is lowercase.

Please go to your My eBid> My Store to amend.

What report that my account had been hacked ?

I had my Yahoo email hacked on Tuesday 28th and sent an email to support to ignore the spam that had been sent. You then shut down my eBid account at the time and later reopened it when I told you my email password had been reset. Why should my shops suddenly be shut down four days later when my listings are still running - that doesn't make sense ???

Now it is online again.. in a matter of minutes, off, on.

O.K. I've just switched on to do some listing and find my pottery store is off line again ! This is obviously some sort of glitch like I said and nothing to do with something that happened to my email four days ago !
Support here have always been very good in the past. I am disappointed, I hope support is not going down the *bay road fobbing you off and not checking into things properly.
Please will you look into this for me Gazza if you are around.

Even clicking the link to it in your signature only gets me to the store category page. However, the link to your book store works.

Yes thanks JaBek, my other four stores have remained open this time it's just my pottery store that has vanished again. I switched it back on earlier today and it was working fine and the store listing numbers had updated O.K. so I don't know why it has gone again ?

I'm reluctant to switch it back on until Gazza has had a look at what is happening.

Update - Thank you for the email. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that all stores are still present and correct in the morning !
