rateings mistakes

is there anyway to alter a rateing that you have left for some one if you find you have made a mistake or if you have a problem with them?

Yes, log into myeBid, select myFeedback, at the top of the feedback left for you there's a link called View/edit what you've said, you can then change the rating/comment.

I can't work out how to start a new thread so will add comments here. I have just had to upgrade my credit card info. Now am told I have been 'upgraded' to Silver status! I have been Platinum for years!!!! Anybody know what is going on?

you need to be at least silver to start selling. So if you are already platinum or
silver, then dont see why you need to register again,

Wouldn't have to - it's just the system's way of saying you're verified (silver)
