I Need Help Please

Hey, I just recently came to Ebid from the bay and I am super confused and need help. I just logged in and I see that I made a Sale on an item. Someone bought something through Buy It Now from another country, which is fine but I don't really understand this check out system.
First: How do I know if they paid? How do I see the transaction? How do I know what method of payment they are using?
Next: On ebay messages were sent and you could check them on your page. How and where is that option? I have no idea if anyone is sending me any messages or not. I tend not to go to my email because I get thousands of emails a day it has become more overwhelming and one of the things I really liked over at the bay was I didn't have to scroll through my emails that the messages I needed relevant to my sales were just on my page.
Next: After the buyers paid on Ebay I could print up the Postage through Ebay/Paypal and ship my item and have it all at the tip of my fingers on tracking the package. Is that the way it is here too? I'm not really computer savy so anything easier for me the better.

Also I don't really get this After Auction Log. What am I supposed to enter into the box? Under the drop down menu I don't see anything that says view payment transaction details. I'm just really confused.

On your My eBid Dashboard page there is a selection of tabs:
Bids Made (0) Offers Made (0) Bought (0) Bids Rec'd (0) Offers Rec'd (0) Sold (0) Q&A (0) Feedback (0)

If you have sold an item, then your sold tab should read Sold (1) - click on it, it will come up with the item details.

To the right you will see the Status/Options column showing 5 red circles (mine are green because transaction has gone through all the processes and I don't have red ones to show you)
(invoice) (paid) (shipped) (feedback left) (feedback received)

If you have sent an invoice the button will turn green, if you have received payment the button will turn green etc etc.

If all your buttons are red, then click on the arrow by the Please Choose window (below the buttons) and choose Send Invoice - then wait to be paid.
