At the bottom of the table it states:

All SELLER+ options are available to SELLER if they choose the "Platinum" featured option when listing an item.

One of those Seller+ options is 5 free stores. AFAIAA, a Platinum listing does not give any free stores, so the statement above could be considered misleading.

I would also question:

Can Import Feedback from other Marketplaces and Access to Bulk Uploader.

Maybe it would be better reading:

All SELLER+ listing enhancements are available to SELLER if they choose the "Platinum" featured option when listing an item.
