Your listings are Run Until Sold, these stay ay the bottom of the eBid listings, I would change to 7-10 day listings with 10 auto reposts.

You offer free UK postage. You also have plenty of characters left on your titles to state this so why not put it in the title.

Make sure you have the barcode number and brand so that your listings get onto Google shopping.

Use the Plug Your Auctions, your prices are great, especially with the free shipping.

You have 36 listings but only 33 in your shop. Either put them in your shop or if they do not belong there open another shop, you can have 5.

Use social media whenever you can to plug your listings.

Hopefully you will get the sales soon, eBid is definately getting better, and the more members who can get their listings working properly for them the better for all. I sold a CK Beauty Collection on Tuesday so make up does sell.

Just noticed you have a link to your skincare website on your about me page, that is against the rules and risks your listings being removed. If you want to advertise that to buyers then you can put a flyer in with sales.

It might also help to put your returns policy onto your home page, listings or preferably both.

That is stated as possibly causing problems with Google:

Promotional or boilerplate text may not be included in your store name and product data. All data needs to be a clear and direct description of the submitted product. Text related to shopping or store policies is not allowed. For example, "Free shipping" is not allowed.

eBid modifies 'all data' to that 'within the first 250 characters of the description'. Ref: http://uk.ebid.net/help_selling.php#48

Which is right I have no idea, but something to be aware of.

Hi and welcome to eBid. I see you offer international shipping which IMHO is excellent as it increases your potential customer base. It might be helpful if you could estimate shipping costs to a few countries, as the U.S. and Canada, as buyers might be more comfortable purchasing if they know upfront what the shipping costs are.

Agree with the above re: using social media and plugging auctions, (1x per 24 hours, remove or close old thread before starting a new one). I also use word of mouth advertising myself, (big mouth here).

Good luck, hope you enjoy yourself here.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

You're absolutely correct, Mel. Using the term "free shipping" (in any form) would be rejected by the Google spiders...
