I admit to using slug pellets this year - the little b*ggers ate all my veg plants except the runner beans

Not got round to the veg growing, but our son brought some peas home from school so we had to plant those. Apart from postman, binmen etc we rarely get people coming up to the house, but we got some fool came here instead of the farm at the bottom of the lane. Which considering he was telling us one of the sheep looked ill was rather silly (it was actually dead!) . Anyway this idiot left a gate open and we woke next day to see a garden full of sheep, and apparently they are very partial to peas, we ended up with about 10 pods instead of a fresh peas by the bucketfull.
