There is a category for Antigua (up to 1981). Do we need a category for Antigua (1982 - onwards)?

Yes. I know, but if you go down the route of separating pre- and post- independence categories you do need to have both.
Personally, I like the separation as a buyer as I collect pre-independence issues and it means that I don't have to browse through pages of stuff I'm not interested in.

That is the first coherent reason I have heard of for separating them and I acknowledge that it is a valid one.
