Unable to change profile image, Please advice.

I have tried to change my profile image but the image I upload is not showing as my new profile image.

I am using Firefox and my image is in Jpeg format 315 x315 pixels and 102 kb.

It says that it saves my changes but the image doesn't change.

Your attention to this matter would be appreciated.

This problem is usually solved by going into the Firefox Tools Tab and clearing your Cache.

Firefox :- Tools, Options, Advanced, Then the Network Tab.

Your About me page looks fine to me (Win7 + Firefox), allso fine in IE, Chrome, Safari, and Opera.

I seem to recall someone else having problems with that (might even have been you) and it was down to corrupt code on the page. Admin had to go in and fix if I recall correctly. Best open a support ticket.
