Use keywords in your titles, add barcodes and manufacturer make, where possible, add a full description of your goods, list for 7-10 days with 10 auto reposts.
Most importantly - research the price of the item you are selling, if you can.
Sell it for less here on eBid - you have less overheads, only a small commission to pay on your sale, compared to other sites.
