A little more USPS Intenational shipping information

Today I've put a couple of posts for the US sellers that need a little more information about the US post office. This one is the USPS International Mail Guide. It may sound like a lot of info. Well, it is! But it can be narrowed down to certain countries and overseas shipping zone. It will tell you what is prohibited, restricted, allowed and more.
