Giving up

Well I have been trying for 2 days to list a auction here and I give up. I have buy now auctions running , 22 of them. Now I want to list a plant auction style and every time I open the sell form to list it, all i get is the same format for the other listing I have. The discription , buy now,postage, everything. I can't change it from buy now to an auction. It as if I am pulling up a saved draft each time. I have been selling auction on auction sites for years and am not new to selling. I just can't get this to go.

Just make sure the fixed price box is unticked.

Thanks for the reply but the things like that that I need to change are gray and won't let me change them. Thanks again for the prompt reply. I don't want to list it on the Big Guys (won't say name) auction site because I have been trying for years to sell here. I went to the help section and clicked where it high lighted "Start a Auction" but it pulled up the same info that I have for the lanyards. I can change the pics and discription but the things like buy now,fixed price can't be changed.

Is it possible your defaults are set up that way? I don't know if that would affect it or not, but check your MY DEFAULTS, found by clicking the MY EBID tab above. Maybe the wrong things are ticked there......

I've just looked at one of your listings & it's run till sold.If the ones you're trying to change are the same then that's why.You can't have an auction running till sold it has to have a specific run time.3 days,7 days etc.

Well that was it !!! I thank you so much for you time. I went in and reset selling defaults and poof , works like a champ. If this doesn't sell I will get back with you and let you buy it, then you will have followed this problem and solved everything for me. Cradle To Grave so to say. Have a good day!
