True, and admin invite suggestions that could improve the site. If they agree, or they can be convinced, then the suggestions get implemented. They don't ask for business advice. If someone is going to publicly offer it they should state their credentials so that worth can be placed on it.

'suggestions' read more like demands. A probable consequence of admin being so approachable.
One party on this thread even seems to think that eBid should open up its books to be examined by members so that we can decide what they can afford to spend and how they should spend it.

I made a monetary investment in eBid by taking out a Seller+ Lifetime subscription about 5 years ago. Clearly, at that time, I considered the site as it existed then was worth that investment. Has the site gone downhill over the years making that investment worth less? No. The site has continued to improve over the years. Which means that
my investment has shown an improved return over what I thought was worthwhile 5 years ago.
