Receiving feedback after marking as a NPB ?

Great to hear you got your feedback removed from a NPB, i also feel it is not right that a NPB can leave feedback. I got a negative from a NPB, but was not able to have it removed because it was placed before I sent a report of NPB. (I did not give into the demands of the buyer wanting an extra discount.) I just hope that buyers who look at feedback ratings also look at the comment made by the NPB's negative. To me this is another reason not to give to a buyer extra time when sending reminders and the final NPB notice.

Just noted that the negative feedback I gave to the NPB is now removed from his rating (gone!) (why?), but I got stuck with a negative, and no sale!

Yes i agree the customer support is one of the best, but i also believe that a non paying bidder has not earned the right to leave feedback!
After all the buyer is the one who broke the contract, why should the seller have to go through the process of feedback removal.
It is also interesting to go back to the feedback that you left on others and see how many have been remove without being contacted of the removal.
