Default Wording on Seller Posts to Twitter/FB/Google+

I'm perplexed by the "stock wording" that eBid places on our posts to Twitter/FB/Google+ and the like...example:

There are two things that bother me:

    1. Use of the word Auction .. my listings are never an "auction" they are all BIN. Can't admin use the word Listing (or leave the word out completely) instead? Some buyers are never interested in auctions, only buy it now's, and seeing that reference on all of them just runs the possibility that they'll just skip on over it.

    2. Why does it always read eBid United States? Can't it just read simply eBid?

    Anyone else???

    1. eBid have always has this problem with terminology. It is exhibited across the whole site. As I keep telling them...all auctions are listings, but not all listings are auctions.

    2. Possibly because you do list on the US site?

As I keep telling them...all auctions are listings, but not all listings are auctions. My point exactly, and I think that it's about time they addressed the numerous problems with wording.

As for which "site" I list on...that has never been a given for me....I LIST ON EBID..PERIOD.
