Lifetime Membership Discount not applying

I'm interested in getting a lifetime membership but when I go to upgrade it's not showing the discount.

Please advise.

I think the lifetime membership deal only applies if you upgrade something like within the first week of joining. However, I believe there is another way to accomplish it at this point in time. Something to the effect of signing up as Seller+, then converting to Seller+ Lifetime within a week......I'm not sure of the details, but I do recall reading about something like that. If you are patient, someone will come along here and help you out with the right info.
