Al - typical male ..... leaves everything to the last minute.
I think I am almost done with my gift buying and wrapping ..... done over 100, I'm tired and broke!



Now I have to sort them out and put them into their Santa sacks.
Some kids never grow up ......
ok, so it's my fault for spoiling them, I do love to see their faces opening up their pressies!

Al, too funny! Reminds me of when I worked at Wally many years ago. We were open on Xmas Eve and the only customers were men, all ages, shapes and sizes, all looking for the perfect gift for the wife/gf. I'll never forget one middle aged guy who brought a few dozen pieces of lingerie to the checkout in all different sizes. When I joked he had a lot of girlfriends he said "no, they're for my wife." I suggested he might want to ditch the undies and buy her a nice piece of jewelry instead. Some weeks later I was working the floor and the guy's wife came up and hugged me, thanking me loudly for steering hubby in the right direction and showing off her lovely bracelet. Made me feel good and helpful for a change.

Going to Dad's today for the holidaze, may not be online for a while, so everyone have a good holiday and a super New Year!

Been xmas shopping - haven't succeeded - back home and feel like the christmas turkey with the feather's on. Thinking about going to bed and try shopping later.

Did all my shopping online, (well, except for the summer sausage for bro, had to get that at Wally).

Now to get my bum in gear and get traveling and wrapping...

Once I get going I shop til I drop. Last year one day 75+ gifts 6 hours!! Took longer to wrap everything!

I firmly believe the difference between men and women when it comes to shopping is...

Women shop, men buy. Men know what they are going into the store to get, women don't know what they want to buy until they look around.
