Log on for longer not working.

I have been logging on for a month at a time

But Lately I am being asked to log again within a week.

Anyone else experiencing this glitch?

I seem to get logged off within a day. I thought that was how long it lasted.

I did for a while before Christmas- apparently it was down to a browser (IE11) conflict. Reported it to Support who sorted it within 24 hours, would suggest the same again

I too am being logged off daily, I thought it was a problem with my computer.

It sounds like something is clearing your Cookies. Check your browser isn't set to clear them on closedown.

Good point. I have to log in daily, but I put it down to AVG; after it runs (daily) it logs me out of everything.

I have just used both Chrome and another browser without any problems.

I'd suggest that you close your browser, clear your web cache, manually delete your existing cookies and start again from fresh. If it still doesn't work then check your security software to see if it is set to automatically delete cookies. Failing that maybe Support will have an answer.
