I just tried it. When I ticked Ebid store category, I got a dropdown to select my store and than the option to choose categories within the store. If you don't select any categories, all the items get added to the bucket.

Maybe, as you only have one active store, there is no choice. Possibly, all the items in the active store get added to the bucket after you tick Ebid store category.

It won't pick up any items, you may have had in any of your other stores. They have to be active to be able to modify the items in them.

Thanks for the help. It worked. It picked up just the items in the one store.
