I've no idea, just looks like it is used for fishing.
Anyone know what they are called and or what they are used for.

To me it looks like a rod line guide.
Gill (pronounced Jill) "Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful" William Morris 1834 - 1896
Basically what you have are floats and fishing rods
Fishing Rods are a long, flexible length of glass fibre composite, carbon fibre composite or, classically, bamboo, used to catch fish.

I think the top items are line guides for(or on) Fishing rods.
I think the bottom items are bite detectors as used for ledger fishing.
In the clear tube with red caps, there are 2 things with 'eyes' on, each 'stick with eyes' is a single item, just that one has a red end and the other has a green end.
the ref on each one is N11001 / N110002
I've spent ages trying to find this or similar item on many sites and no joy.

I'm looking at the pics from my phone but it looks like a fishing rod/pole in a protective plastic tube (carrying case). Although I am a fisherman I am not familiar with the frilly ends but appear to be a good idea to remove sea weed and other debris which may stick to the line while reeling in.
If it helps the length is only 48 cm / 19 inches
Thickness 2mm to 1mm

They look like "quiver tips", sensitive ends of rods you can use when detecting bites on your bait, they move when the bait is tugged.
