    Default Shipping Glitch

    I have just created a listing http://us.ebid.net/for-sale/batman-t...-130796482.htm

    When I view the listing I see this info on shipping for the U.S.

    Ship to United States = Not Available
    Total = Not Available


    USPS Priority Mail to 40218 = The requested Mail Service is not available for the specified request attributes.
    3 lb 0 oz package. $0.00 handling fee included.
    Sales Tax on sales to Kentucky = 6%

    I have entered the info into the shipping fields of the listing form, the international part is working correctly.

    Guess I will have to wait on listing here til this issue is fixed, I remember reading in a thread about this issue a long time ago, thought it would have been fixed by now.

    Its happening to me too. Shipping costs are not being included on invoices or when a buyer pays separately. I have had to send invoices from PayPal for the shipping costs. I hope this is fixed very soon.

    UPDATE: Buyer just cancelled sale. They did not want to pay separately for shipping. I may have to close my stores until this is fixed.

    I just listed on the darkside & shipping shows correctly for United States, so this is not a Postal service issue but an eBid issue that needs to be corrected soon.

    I just opened a ticket with support. Much faster way to get this fixed.

    I planned on opening a ticket, but was waiting to do so since Mark posted in a thread that they monitor the website glitch forum constantly.

    Also the shipping issues have been going on for sometime now, if you search the website glitches forum you will find quite a few there.

    "Our Technology Department are looking into this and we hope to have resolved shortly."

    Thanks for the info banrigh, it would be nice if the admins that constantly monitored the website glitches forum could at least take a few minutes to post updates.

    I opened a ticket last night and got a response this morning that they are looking into the problem. It hasn't been fixed yet.

    I have closed my stores for now while waiting on a fix. Hoping they figure this out soon.
