Default PC help needed for an idiot

I have been on ebid for a few years so I should know what I'm doing, famous last words. I have a new PC and when I went to list I found I could select my catagory but thats as far as I get, should I be ticking a particular box or am I doing something else wrong. It came with windows 8.1 but i asked my son to install windows 7 as I prefer it. Its a Dell and apart from this problem and the never ending ads that pop up its fine, I just hope one of you clever folk out there come up with an answer

I'm not sure if this is the problem . . . but make sure you have cookies enabled for everything on eBid.

From one idiot to another to me this is confusing, not sure what it is you're say. If you're saying you're using a Windows 8.1 eBid app, (I have Windows 8.1, no eBid app) then try accessing eBid a different way, via a browser, I'm pretty sure it's not that simple though. so wait for an intelligent reply...

Carole, I do things in the simplest ways I can find. To create a new listing I go to 'My eBid' then 'Listing's I'm running' from there I choose a listing with the store and template I want to use for new listing, I click on 'List Similar?' and change anything that needs to be changed for the new listing. Maybe that way will be easier for you.
