    Default does anyone know what type of coins these are as i have a nice set of spoons

    i think they are islamic or asian of some sort does anyone know what the coins are called thanks in advance

    Are you sure they are coins? They don't look like coins from here (but I am a long way from them!)

    I suggest that they aren't coins at all, but three decorated discs arranged in a trefoil pattern.

    If they are coins, they will have something on the back. Most countries regard the use of current coins as defacing, and it carries a penalty.

    I believe that in the UK the penalty is to memorise and recite all of Mr Blair's speeches, or 5 years imprisonment, or both..

    Any larger pictures (of both sides) ?

    these do have markings on the back as well as front these are defo coins i remember seeing them ages ago on a toast rack but cant remember the description the guy said

    think i found out what they are Madras Fanam coins seen a large cross and a toast rack
