Company is looking to have a new website designed, we have seen a few websites that we like, and would like to speak to the designer who designed the website.
Dose anyone know how we can find out who designed it without having to go to the actual company who's website its is

Look at the bottom of the main page to see if there is a copyright statement.
If not, try checking the page source code.
Companies who work in web design often leave their name somewhere.

Unless it states the design company somewhere on the site I can't think of any way - apart from trying to find it in design company's portfolio. If a big enough company it could even have been designed in-house.

IMHO there are more than a few sellers on here who have lovely websites to their credit, (I'm an inveterate link clicker). You might want to post under the Wanted section with what you're looking for and maybe some of our talented sellers would be interested.
