Notice anything strange, no, not the scribbled out addresses, it has no postage stamp.

It's from Mel/Booksntings, so come on Mel, share your secret of free postage, how did you manage that?

I'll bet it's the kilt, no lady can resist a handsome guy in one of those.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

Very bizarre, I took all the packages to the post office and watched the post master put postage labels or stamps on them all, so not sure how that happened.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. The last time was a Large Letter from TOS which is where I first asked how it could be, and Cookie may well be correct, the stamp from my LL may well be on the back of theirs. I knew the answer when I started the thread, I just thought it would be a bit of fun finding out if anyone else did. I was waiting for Mel to confirm that the LL did start it's journey to me with a stamp on, now he has I will reveal the rather boring answer.

    Quote from TOS board

"Having worked for Royal mail many years ago the expanders (flexible containers for packets/larger items) when emptied always contained stamps which had since departed from the package. At this stage they were being sorted for delivery and had already passed the "inspection" stage so the postie would deliver as normal."
