Eventually. To get your FVF back you have to leave a negative (or a neutral) feedback and too many negatives equals suspension

also, I had a NPB last week. a) his address didn't make sense b) he requested shipment to Nigeria c) promised payment next day if I would give him my bank details. I wrote to Support and he was immediately struck through.

What Olivia said. Also, I always add NPBs to my blackball list so they can't buy from me again.

As far as I am aware it is three strikes and out (deleted from the site) for NPB's however depending on the circumstances it could be quicker. (Not sure if it is three different buyers, or defaulting on 3 sales).

And as someone has already mentioned it only gets actioned if the seller leaves neg feedback and reclaims FVF (as far as I am know).
