Problem with picture uploader

Hi Gazza

Sorry but I took out a ticket as I couldn't post on the forums via the site. I did see a post from Astral, but as his link was removed I did not know how to access the 'old forums'. I only got the link to this updated forum from the page following ticket submission. Very frustrating

I am having problems with the picture uploader when trying to update listings. I have used both simple and advanced versions but both give the same outcome....
........pictures are being rotated by 90 degrees on upload.

can you zip those photos up and send them on an email to support FAO Gazza..

The problem is Windows automatically rotates them when they are viewed within Windows but the raw image is actually on its side.

I thought we had got over this problem but if it's happening again I will take another look.

I have registered for the windows 10 free upgrade. Will this make any difference to the picture uploader once downloaded?
