Today I received a number of "questions" on my listings.
Someone spamming me. No doubt many others have received the same messages.
I forwarded one of the emails to "support".
The reply came within a couple of hours (late Friday afternoon after normal office hours) to let me know that they were aware of the "spammer" and that the account had been suspended + a sincere apology for any inconvenience.
Thank you so much Ebid support. I was not after an apology - merely making you aware of this new member, so that you could deal with them swiftly, which you have done.
I just wished support was like this everywhere!
