'eBid - Question Still Requires an Answer'

I just got this email:

message from eBid : REMINDER - ANSWER TO A QUESTION REQUIRED

A question that you were asked has not yet received an answer, this is a reminder email to let you know the other party is still waiting on you.

DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL, CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW TO ADD YOUR ANSWER

...but it doesn't, the buyer's enquiry has already been answered; mine is not the item they are looking for. So how do I mark it 'message does not require a response' as I can on a certain South American river-related ecommerce site?

Hummmm...I think there is a box you can tick for ignore, and then click a button at the bottom of the page to process it.....

Go to your Q&A section on your 'My eBid' page you will find the question there along with the ignore button. Don't forget to press save when you have ticked the box.

Or they could simply answer the question with,"OK"
Failing that,close the listing & relist without the questions.
