Now it's my turn

I have a dilemma. A new buyer purchased from me ----- and paid straight away via Paypal. I immediately noticed that the Paypal address was totally different from the eBid address. Now some folk would post to the Paypal address by default but I've been caught out with that before and it turned out to be the wrong address ( buyer forgot to change it ) so I'm not going down that road again. I emailed buyer straight away to both the Paypal AND ebid address AND messaged through the drop down AAL thingy to ask which address to post to. Altogether I've sent 3 emails to each email addresses AND nudged ebid message 5 times and haven't heard a single thing from this buyer! I don't know what else to do tbh. There is just no response from the buyer. I don't want to run the risk of posting to the wrong address. I'm now concerned that they will leave me a neg feedback for not receiving the item, which I don't think is my fault.

Any suggestions? What would you do?

3 purchases made 10 December and paid by Paypal 12 December BUT 2 different addresses as above - but same email. Buyer has bought on eBid before, but not for 2 years according to her Feedback.

Want to get this packet into the post before weekend................. no response - as yet - to my email & ASL message on 13 December

Do not (however tempting) mail any packages until you receive confirmation of address.

If they paid using paypal then do not send to any other address except what paypal has on file. If you send to any other address & the buyer files a claim, you will not be covered by paypal's seller protection & will lose the case.

That is why I was concerned - but all sorted now.
