cannot open another store

hello out there,
i'm new to ebid.i have one online store.i have tried to open a second and a third. when i do i get a message that the store description is too short. eg. a mix of new and used clothing for the family. how is that too short? if anyone can help i would be very pleased. best wishes to every one traderjohn.

Hi and 'Mornin' to you. I just put your description into one of my stores but didn't get a message like you have ~ so perhaps you need to ask Support what the problem is?

thank you for your reply.i sent support an e-mail before i did this forum thing. they wanted me to make a movie of it.lol i can just about logon.

Oh ROFL!!! No, I think that one would be beyond me too.
How about sending them a screenshot? (assuming your 'puter can do that?) - if not a camera shot of your screen with the wording & eBid message on it?

Did you make sure your store was online and hitting the big blue UPDATE SECTION 2 button further down?
